 6th Grade 1st Exam Test Scope – Fall, 2024

Dear Parents,

The First Monthly Exams are upon us once again.

Below is the exam schedule and test scope.

Please remind your child to go over vocabulary and

reading stories listed in the test scope.

l   Listening Exam: Wednesday, 10/23

 

l   Oral Exam: Tuesday 10/22, Thursday 10/24 and Friday 10/25

 

l   Written Exam: Tuesday, 10/29

l   Vocabulary Focus: Weeks 2 - 7

l   Reading Street Stories:

l   Weslandia (p. 26 – p. 37)

l   Tripping over the Lunch Lady (p. 52 – p. 67).

l   Exploding Ants (p. 82 – p. 93).

 

l   Listening Skills: Vocabulary words, Prefixes over-, under-, sub-, super-, out-, homophones

 

WRITTEN EXAM:

l   Vocabulary Focus: Week 2 – Week 7
